Exercising outside in big open green spaces is a great feel-good factor!
This session combines warming up, exercising to a HITT style (High Intensity Training) which includes bodyweight and using dumbbell exercises. We will work on toning and strengthening and most importantly incorporating strengthening your core too. We finish with an all-important stretch.
You are asked to bring a small set of hand weights (between 2kg – 3kg ideally) and a yoga type matt – one that you don’t mind getting dirty.
The exercises are for all levels and alternative exercises are given for a higher/ lower options.
The policy is a 'use it or lose it' for these early morning sessions, so there is no carry over of sessions to the next block or make up sessions. Otherwise there is a danger that I might be left standing there by myself on a dark rainy morning if everyone decides to stay in bed!
Great early session to start the day. Friday sessions run at 6am for 45 mins on a 10 week block basis. Please feel free to come along for a first trail session.

We meet on the common near the cricket pitch. You can park for free in the car park next to the common which is on Fir Tree Road (off Major Yorks Road). There are public loos near to the car park.
